The sample site has 3 audits: an earlier one, one from 2 days ago with lots of issues, and the newest one, where everything has been fixed. Use them to see the reports you'd send a client.

1. On the domain, open the … menu and choose Client reports. Create a proposal from the audit 2 days ago: that's "here's what I'd fix".
2. On that proposal, press Create work-completed report and pick the newest audit. It shows everything that was fixed.
